Exchanges and Returns

Unfortunately, exchanges and returns of non-defective or undamaged items are unacceptable because the products are printed upon customer request.

 

 

Cancellation

Orders are put on hold for 12 hours, changes and cancellations are acceptable within this time.

Once the order is in production it cannot be changed or canceled and no refund will be issued if the customer cancels the order in production.

 

 

Defective Print and Issues

All products go through a quality control inspection before being sent to the customer.

Please, inspect the product upon reception and send us a picture and the order number within 10 days of receiving the package in the cases below.

 

  • If the customer receives a defective print

  • If the customer receives a damaged product.

  • If the customer receives the wrong size or wrong quantity.

 

The deviation between on-screen and physical products is not due to printing errors and is not considered a defect.

 

A replacement will be sent at our expense or a refund will be issued after the complaint is validated 

 

 

 

 

  • Sometimes during the printing process, the garment can get dirty. Wash the product and the stain will come off. 

 

 

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

You have the right to cancel and return your package within 14 days after the date you received the product, for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number as proof of purchase.

If any damages are discovered no refund will be issued.

No Return Label will be provided and customers must pay the return shipping fees. It must be registered with a trackable number to the address below.

Refund

Refunds are automatically sent back to the original payment method, within 10 business days, when the customer doesn’t agree to replace the defective print or the damaged item.

Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process it back to you.

Contact us, If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund was approved.

 

 

Partial Refund (Noncompliance Terms) 

This Rule is only applicable for returns of non-defective or undamaged items. 

 

Unopened packages: 

  • The full amount of the item will be refunded.
  •  The shipping fee is not refunded. 

 

Opened and unused items: 

  • A partial refund (50%) of the amount of the item will be refunded.  
  • The shipping fee is not refunded. 

 

If any damages are discovered no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable

  1. If the customer wishes to exchange or return the item.

  2. If the customer cancels the order in production. 

  3. If the customer orders the wrong size or quantity.

  4. If the customer provides the wrong address.

  5. If the customer rejects the order during delivery.

  6. If the customer abandons the package held in customs/post office.

  7. If the package gets lost/stolen after being delivered. 


      We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivered to the customer's house.
      If you proceed with the purchase, it means you have read, and understand our terms, and no refund or new package will be sent to replace it.
