Shipping Policy

Orders received through this website are fulfilled by a company responsible for the production and shipping of the orders. 

We offer Worldwide Free Shipping for orders over $150. 

Customs duty may apply based on the country's destination. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the fees.


  • Orders are put on hold for 12 hours.

  • Changes and Cancellations are acceptable within 12 hours from the time the order was placed. Once it is in production it cannot be changed or canceled.


Check all the information before finalizing the purchase.


Packages are trackable and a notification will be sent informing the tracking number.

  • It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to be available. Sometimes the tracking stops working because the package wasn't scanned in transit. Please wait for the tracking to get updated and contact us when the estimated delivery date has passed.

La Poste, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Post NL, FEDEX, ZTO Express, Blue DART, Posten, and Parcel Force depending on the buyer's location.

Estimated Delivery Time



Marked as Delivered

No refund will be issued when orders are marked as “ Delivered”. 

Stolen Items 

We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivered to the customer's house and no refund or new package will be sent to replace it.


Undelivered / Lost Items

If the tracking information is not marked as deliveredcontact us, within 10 days from the estimated delivery date to start the investigation.

Once it is confirmed by the carrier a replacement will be sent at our expense or a full refund will be issued.


Damaged Items while in transit

Damaged products such as ripped, stained, or any other damage to the product making it unable to be used.

Contact us, by providing a picture and the order number, within 10 days of the delivery date. 

A replacement will be sent at our expense or a refund will be issued as soon as the carrier verifies the claim.
