Products are made to order, printed, and shipped by a third-party company once the payment is confirmed.

Please create an account if you'd like to request a Bulk order. After the verification, the discount code will be provided to redeem at checkout.

A minimum quantity of 25 products is required, with a limit of 50.

 

Discounts

  • For orders of 25 products or more, Free shipping + 5% off each.

  • For orders of 40 products or more, Free shipping + 10% off each.

 

 

Extra Charges

  • Customs duties and additional charges may apply based on the country's regulations. The customer is responsible for paying any fees associated with the purchase.

  • Customers using third-party forwarding services are responsible for any fees associated with the purchase, including those to receive the replacement for defective prints and other issues.

 

 

Shipping 

For countries not listed, a third-party forwarding service is required.

  • Most products are fulfilled in the United States, but to meet order requirements, some products may be fulfilled overseas and shipped separately.

  • The production process takes 2 to 4 business days.

  • Delivery time varies by location and can be checked in the shipping policy.

Return & Refund Policy

 

Cancellation, Exchanges, & Returns 

Orders are placed on hold for 12 hours. Changes and cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of the purchase.

 

Not accepted and non-refundable in the cases below.

  • Cancellations during or after production.

  • Returns of non-defective, undamaged products.

  • We do not offer exchanges for any order.

 

 

Refund for Non-Compliance With Our Terms

This term applies to: 

  • Cancellations during or after production.

  • Return of non-defective, undamaged products.

 

Refunds will be based on the price paid for the product, excluding shipping fees and any additional charges. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, issued after the product inspection.

 

  • Return Period: Must be returned within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • Condition: Must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • Non-refundable fees: Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional charges.

  • Restocking Fee: As a made-to-order, online-only business, a  60% fee will apply to recover production costs.

  

Cancellations during or after production

Customers must receive the package and forward it to the address below. Otherwise, the printing company will receive and dispose of it without notifying us.

No refund will be issued if the printing company receives the package.

 

Returns of non-defective, undamaged items

No return shipping label will be provided. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned with a trackable number to the address below. 

The return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective prints and issues

Contact us if you receive a defective print, incorrect size, or quantity, and provide us with the order number and a video following the requirements outlined below.

Once verified, a free replacement will be sent as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur if the product is out of stock and will be shipped once it is back in stock.

Customers using third-party forwarding services are responsible for any fees to receive the replacement for defective prints and other issues, such as damaged or undelivered/lost products during transit.

 

 

We require pictures of all defective products, a close-up shot of each defect, and a video clearly showing the defects as instructed below before processing any claims. The video will serve as evidence for replacement and help prevent fraudulent claims.

Please follow the instructions below:

  • Good Lighting: Make sure the lighting and the defect are visible, focusing on the camera.

  • Introduce the Items: Start the video by showing the pile of defective items and mention how many you’re presenting.

  • Pile the Defective Products: Stack each defective product on top of the other.

  • Show the First Product: Show the first product, zoom in on the defect, and set it aside.

  • Repeat for All Items: Repeat the process until the last product.

  • Pace the Filming: Show each product at a normal speed, not too fast and not too slow, so the video remains clear without being too long.
