Please be sure of your purchase before finalizing your order, as our items are made to order, and our designs are printed specifically for you. From production to delivery, it takes time, and your understanding ensures a smooth and pleasant experience.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, if applicable, based on the country’s regulations.

  • Customers using third-party forwarding services are responsible for any fees to receive the replacement for defective prints and other issues.

Return & Refund Policy

 

Exchanges and Returns:

Not accepted and non-refundable in the following cases.

  • Non-defective and undamaged products.

  • Small quantity and bulk orders.

We do not offer exchanges for any orders.

 

Order Cancellations

For small quantity and bulk orders.

  • Accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • During and after production are not accepted and are non-refundable.

 

Defective or Incorrect Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive defective prints, the wrong size, or quantity, providing the details below.

  • Small-quantity orders: The order number and a picture.

  • Bulk orders: The order number, pictures, and a video following the instructions.

 

Once verified, the free replacement will be sent as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur if the product is out of stock and will be shipped once it is back in stock. 

Customers using third-party forwarding services are responsible for any fees to receive the replacement for defective prints and other issues, such as damaged or undelivered/lost products during transit.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.


Refund for Non-Compliance With Our Terms

This term applies in the following cases:

  • Cancellations during or after production.

  • Returns of non-defective, undamaged products.

  • Small quantity and bulk orders.

 

Refunds will be based on the product price, excluding any additional fees. A restocking fee will be deducted from the refund after inspection based on the criteria below.

  • Return Period: Within 7 days of receiving the package.

  • Condition: In its original packaging, unopened and unused.

  • Non-refundable: Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional charges, including third-party forwarding service fees.

  • Restocking Fee: As a made-to-order, online-only business, this fee applies to recover production costs.

    • 50% fee for small-quantity orders.

    • 60% fee for bulk orders.

 

Non-refundable

  • Exchanges or returns of non-defective, undamaged items.

  • Order cancellations during or after production.

  • Incorrect size or quantity ordered by the customer.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Package rejected by the customer during delivery.

  • Package abandoned in customs or at the post office.

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • Large quantity / Bulk orders: cancellations during or after production and the returns of orders.

 

 

Marked as 'DELIVERED'

We are responsible for the package until it arrives at the customer's address.

No refund will be issued if the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered' and the customer claims not to have received it.

 

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the customer's address. No refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.

 

Acknowledgment of Our Terms

By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms. No refund or replacement will be issued for undelivered packages marked as 'Delivered,' including lost or stolen products after delivery.
