Exchanges and Returns

Returns of non-defective products are not accepted and are non-refundable, as our products are customized and printed at the customer's request.

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Cancellation

  • On hold for 24 hours ( 1 day ). Changes and cancellations are accepted within this period.

  • Use the cancellation button in the customer's account (visible only when the order is unfulfilled).

During or after production

  • Not accepted and are non-refundable.

The package will still be shipped. Don’t reject it, and forward it to the address provided once the return request is approved. 

No refund will be issued if the printing company receives the package and disposes of it without notifying us. 

 

Defective Prints and Issues

Due to factors beyond our control, it's possible that a print may not meet the expected standard.

1- Please inspect the product and contact us within 7 days if you receive:

  • Issues:  Defective print, incorrect size, or quantity (not ordered by the customer)

2- Provide Us with the Details Below

  • Small-quantity orders: The order number and a picture.

  • Bulk orders: The order number, pictures, and a video following the required instructions.

 

A free replacement will be sent once verified. Delays may occur if the product is out of stock, it will be shipped once available.

Customers using third-party forwarding services are responsible for any fees to receive the replacement.

 

 

Print Quality

On-Screen Color vs Printed Product

Any difference between the colors displayed on your screen and the final printed product is not considered a printing error or defect.

 

Defect Samples

 

Extended Seam Ends

Extra threads may remain during production and can be easily trimmed without affecting the garment’s quality.

 

 

Stain

During the printing process, the garment may get dirty. Wash the product, and the stain will come off.

 

 

EU 14-day Cooling Off Period

Only consumers in the EU have strong consumer rights when buying from EU-based businesses. EU websites must offer a 14-day cooling-off period for returns and full refunds.

This right does not apply to customized or personalized products, or when buying from businesses outside the EU (UK, US, China, etc.).

You may also be subject to additional taxes or charges when receiving your order.


Return Rules

Return window: 

  • Items must be returned within  14 days, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund

  • Extend to account for weekends or holidays

Cancellation window: 24 hours ( 1 day )

  • Starting from the delivery of last item in order

Return shipping cost: 

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

The refund is based on the product price, and issued after the product inspection. Customers may choose one of the following:

  • 100% of the product price as store credit (no restocking fee)or

  • Product price − restocking fee: 50% fee for small-quantity orders, 60% fee for bulk orders.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Contact us if you have not received it within 15 business days.

 

 

Refund for Non-Compliance With Our Terms

In cases where a customer returns a non-defective product in violation of our no-return policy above, or cancels an order during or after production, the following non-compliance refund terms apply:

This applies to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations during or after production.

  • Returns of non-defective products.

  • Return Period: Within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: In its original packaging, unopened and unused.

  • Non-refundable: Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional charges, including third-party forwarding service fees.

 

The refund is based on the product price, and issued after the product inspection. Customers may choose one of the following:

  • Product price − restocking fee: 50% fee for small-quantity orders, 60% fee for bulk orders.

Note: The restocking fee applies to recover production costs, as products are printed upon request and held for 24 hours ( 1 day ) before production.

 

 

Non-refundable

  • Exchanges & returns of non-defective products.

  • Cancellations during or after production.

  • Incorrect size or quantity ordered by the customer.

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Package rejected by the customer during delivery.

  • Package abandoned in customs or at the post office.

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • Large quantity / Bulk orders: cancellations during or after production and the returns of orders.

 

Marked as "Delivered"

Once the tracking status is marked as “Delivered,” the package is considered delivered to the address provided and becomes the customer’s responsibility.

No refund will be issued if the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered' and the customer claims not to have received it.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your tracking number is active, you, as the recipient, are responsible for tracking your package, requesting delivery alerts, holding it for pickup, or redirecting it to ensure it arrives safely.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and, no refund will be issued once they have been delivered to the customer’s address.
