Exchanges and Returns
Unfortunately, returns of non-defective, undamaged products are not accepted, and we do not offer exchanges for orders as our products are customized and printed at the customer's request.

Returns of non-defective, undamaged products
No return shipping label will be provided. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if they choose to return the package. The product must be returned with a trackable number to the address below.
The return shipping fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation
Orders are automatically placed on hold for 12 hours. Changes and cancellations are accepted within this period.
Cancellations can be made directly using the button displayed in the customer's account, which is visible only when the order is in the unfulfilled stage.
Cancellations during or after production are not accepted and are non-refundable.
Cancellations during or after production
The package will still be shipped to the customer’s address even after cancellation. Customers must receive the package and forward it to the address below. If the package is rejected, the printing company will receive and dispose of it without notifying us.
No refund will be issued if the printing company receives the package.

Third-party forwarding services
Some products are subject to shipping restrictions. However, customers can use third-party forwarding services to have these products shipped to another location.
Check our shipping policy for product restrictions and delivery locations.
Any fees associated with third-party forwarding services are not included in our services, and customers are responsible for these fees, including:

Defective Print and Issues
We aim for the best quality in every print, but due to factors beyond our control, it's possible that a print may not meet the expected standard.
Please inspect the product upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you receive a defective print, incorrect size, or quantity, providing the details below.

Small-quantity orders: The order number and a picture.

Bulk orders: The order number, pictures, and a video following the required instructions.
Once verified, a free replacement will be sent as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur if the product is out of stock and will be shipped once it is back in stock.
Customers using third-party forwarding services are responsible for any fees to receive the replacement for defective prints and other issues, such as damaged or undelivered/lost products during transit.
Print Quality
Any deviation between the on-screen image and the physical product is not considered a printing error or defect. Common variations may include blurry prints, size and position variations, or faded colors.
Extended Seam Ends
Occasionally, some extra threads may remain at the seams during production. These threads can be easily trimmed and do not affect the quality of the garment.
Stain
During the printing process, the garment may get dirty. Wash the product, and the stain will come off.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period
Only consumers in the European Union have strong consumer rights when buying from businesses based in the EU.
EU-based websites are obliged to offer a 14-day cooling-off period to return a product for a full refund. However, this right does not apply to customized, personalized products or when purchasing from websites outside the EU.
When buying from a business outside the EU (UK, US, China, etc.), you do not have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period to return the product.
Additionally, you may be subject to extra taxes and charges upon receiving your order.

Refund
Refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please wait for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and contact us if you haven't received it within 15 business days.
Refund for Non-Compliance With Our Terms
This term applies to cancellations during or after production and the return of non-defective, undamaged products for small quantity and bulk orders.
The refund will be based on the price paid for the product, excluding shipping fees and any additional charges. A restocking fee will apply and be deducted from the refund, issued after the product inspection.

Return Period: The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the package.

Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

Non-refundable fees: Shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional charges, including third-party forwarding service fees.

Restocking Fee: As our products are customized and printed upon request, we allow cancellations within a 12-hour time frame. We also provide detailed product pictures and a print sample of one of our designs to ensure transparency before purchase.
As a made-to-order, online-only business, this fee applies to recover production costs.

Marked as "Delivered"
We are responsible for the package until it arrives at the customer's address.
No refund will be issued if the tracking status is marked as 'Delivered' and the customer claims not to have received it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the customer's address.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our terms and that no refund or replacement will be issued in such cases.
