Turning Your Custom Designs Into Wearable Art

Be the Art is a custom illustration created exclusively for physical products available on our website and does not include the purchase of source file.

The process requires the client to provide a high-quality reference image and begins only after payment is confirmed. Once the process begins, the custom work is non-refundable.

 

• $85 per character (one person or figure). 

• Extra Charges: $15 for each small additional decorative element beyond the reference image. Bigger or more complex images are considered a new design.

• Clean white background to make the artwork stand out.

• Freestyle custom font to match the artwork vibe.

 

The Flow

• Payment confirmed

• Illustration begins (2–3 days, depending on the complexity of the project)

  • Feedback for small adjustments (Main line or major changes require a new quote.)

  • Design approval

• Product link creation

  • Available on the Be The Art page within 2 days, depending on the number of products.

  • Link sent to the client once the product is available

 

 

Availability  & Delivery

Please get in touch first for custom requests. Designs are accepted based on time availability and character complexity.

Delivery timelines depend on the complexity of the character and typically take 2 to 3 days to complete. Rushing the process compromises the quality of the art.

 

Illustration Process

All communication will be made through the platform the customer used to contact us.

Clients may provide feedback for small adjustments (colors, minor details, or proportions) during the process, but final artistic decisions remain with the artist.

Any change to a main line alters the entire design and is considered a new scope of work, requiring a new quote.

The client receives a preview image (screenshot) for approval. Once approved, the product link will be created and made available on the Be the Art page.

Usage Rights

Illustrations created by the artist will be displayed as part of the portfolio, including the website and social media, for promotional purposes. If the client chooses to submit a photo wearing the product, it will be shared on the same platforms.

 

Files Ownership

All source files remain the exclusive property of the artist.
