Third-party forwarding services

Some products are subject to shipping restrictions. However, customers can use third-party forwarding services to have these products shipped to another location.

Any fees associated with third-party forwarding services are not included in our services, and customers are responsible for them, including:

• Forwarding products with restrictions to another location.
  

• Receive the replacement for defective prints, damaged, or undelivered/lost products during transit.

 

These fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation during or after production and for returns of products.
